We do not need to spend money on expensive products or beauty salon treatments, we can achieve this at home with the things we naturally have.
Let's get into how to start the home remedies for a glowy and shiny, healthy skin!!!
1. Face Scrub made with Sugar and Coconut/almond oil:
Scrubbing your face, exfoliates the dead skin cells and rejuvenates the skin from clogged pores. It promotes better circulation of blood and also helps to reduce blackheads and whiteheads. Making a scrub at home is very easy. There are only two ingredients to it. First ingredient is sugar. Sugar is going to act as the main exfoliant. Two spoons of sugar are needed for the scrub. The next ingredient is coconut oil or almond oil. This helps combine the sugar into a scrub, orelse the plain sugar might scratch the skin while used directly. Combine these two ingredients , i.e the sugar and coconut or almond oil and gently start massaging it onto the skin. Do not rub it, massage it gently all around the face and neck with slow circular motions and very less pressure. Keep gently massaging this on your face and neck for at least 3 minutes. Do not over massage it. Now take a clean wet towel and wipe it gently from your face.
Scrubbing exfoliates the skin. Doing it twice a week is enough as otherwise it will damage the skin. Please be aware of the amount of times scrubbing is done on the face as the skin on the face is sensitive and delicate.
