If the water is from a copper vessel then it would be better because drinking water from a copper vessel gains our immunity and helps in producing our gastric fire which is also called digestive juice.


Then after you freshen up


You can do exercise and meditation which will help in keeping your daily routine fresh and you will remain mentally and physically strong.

 

Then if you drink tea then you can drink it but tea without milk so that you will not have the problem of gas.Or you can also drink coconut water which will make you feel fresh and apart from this you can also take  any fruit juice like pomegranate , pineapple which are helpful to gain your weight.

 

After some time, you can take oats or porridge for breakfast or you can eat soaked grains like gram, moong porridge,  which will provide an adequate amount of protein in your body, which will help in your weight gain and you can also eat fruits like papaya, banana, orange. etc. can be taken according to the season

 

Then between 12 to 1 o'clock you can have your meal in which you can use pulses, rice and green vegetables as per the season and pure cow's ghee along with it, you can also take green salad and if it is a summer day, then with You can also take curd in which you can grind some roasted cumin and add it which will enhance your taste which gains your metabolism and digestive power which is helpful in your fast weight gain.

 

After that you can read your favorite book or do other work

 

You can eat fruits according to season between 3-4 pm

Which helps in providing protein and complete nutrition to your body. You can take fruits like papaya, banana, sweet lime, apple etc. as per the season.

 

At 6-7 pm, you can do some exercise and also take a protein shake, which will keep your body balanced, which will help you in gaining weight.

 

Between 9-10 o'clock, you can eat two rotis with green vegetables and cheese, which contain an abundant amount of calcium, which helps in gain your weight.

1.You should not think too much about anything, which can have negative effects on your sleep and daily routine, due to which you may also have to face negative situations like depression.

 

2.Never eat too much food or oily food at one time as it can have adverse effects on your digestive system.

 

3. Do not sleep till late at night so that you do not have to experience any kind of mental problems.

 

4. Do not eat unhealthy food.

 

5.Do not follow this diet list regularly and you will noy be able to feel a different kind of happiness.

If you eat non-veg then you can also include eggs, fish and chicken in your diet which will help you in gaining weight but keep in mind that you should eat fresh food so that you can avoid food poisoning. You can take the following things to gain weight.

 

1.You can also eat fish,which helps in proper development of your muscles and also improves eyesight.

After that, you can do your other work and have your meal between 8 to 10 in which you can eat 2-3 chapatis, seasonal green vegetables, lentils and ghee which will be beneficial in gaining weight.

 

Then you can sleep between 10 to 11 and wake up at 6:00 in the morning. 6 to 7 hours of sleep is beneficial for you, which is very important according to your physical mood and body structure.
