📦 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes through our authorized logistics and courier partners.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once processed, orders are dispatched via reliable courier partners with tracking details shared by SMS/email.

🕒 3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Interior Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier availability, weather, or unforeseen logistic delays.

💳 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders based on delivery location and courier serviceability.

  • An additional COD handling fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.

📮 5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before placing the order.

  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping, as per current promotions.

🧾 6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email. Customers can track their shipment status directly on the courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.

❗ 7. Delays or Non-Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, we shall not be held responsible for delays due to:

  • Natural calamities or political disturbances

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location

  • Courier service interruptions or limitations in remote areas

In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you and attempt redelivery or resolution.

🔄 8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address:

  • We may deduct applicable shipping charges before initiating a refund (for prepaid orders)

  • COD orders may be blocked for future delivery if found to be suspicious or repeatedly refused
